In our interview with Mr.

James Durante a
physically active man, we have learned and got
information about having a healthy lifestyle. He shared
to us a little story about his life like, before he was a
smoker and intoxicated with alcohol but then he
changed his lifestyle to became a better person, be
healthy and bring back his body posture. When he
started to work-out and having a healthy lifestyle, many
changes happened in his body and life, it increases his
stamina and muscular strength, and now he can do the
things that he can’t do before. But sometimes his friends
invite him for some drink session, he have no choice but
to join but he sets his limitation and make sure to work-
out double time and still maintain having the healthy
lifestyle. He also tell us that he has daily routine, in the
morning he jogs after that he goes to gym and do
different physical exercise like Chest Press, Lifting
dumbbells and more. And his ultimate fitness goal is to
have a good, fit and healthy body.

We have learned from this activity that having a


healthy lifestyle is really important for everyone. We
should take care of health and life. We should know
do’s and don’ts, we should be responsible and
discipline in all our action. And we should know the
consequences of our deeds. Change before it’s too
late. Say hi to a healthy lifestyle and say goodbye to a
sedentary lifestyle!
