This letter was made due to non-compliance with the solicitation and mission
drive. I Prince Harold T.Tulauan may ask for your forgiveness. The reason for not
complying is because I was so busy with my studies and helping my parents at
home and also that I am shy to the people I’m soliciting with.

In accordance to the rules and regulation of the University, I hereby promise that
