Have you ever seen a body builder and fitness freak and wished you could gain
same physique. It is not easy at it seem with some proper diet and exercise you
can gain your desire physique. To gain weight it take time and lots of efforts.
There is no secret to gaining muscle, there are steps that should followed
including diet with proper nutrients and exercise.
There is different plans for everyone according to your current body weight and
diet. You have to find your weight and decide how much you want to gain in what
time. You need a perfect plan for your body which should include diet and
training style. Without training you will be adding fat to your body.
First you have to make a food chart learn about your eating habit and identify the
places where need to add calories. This is the simplest way to maintain your diet.
You can find diet plan on internet or you can make your own diet plan if you
want. A teenager having 60 kg weight need 2200 to 2400 calories a day to gain
healthy muscle. There are so many application on internet where you can keep
record of your diet. You can make diet plan of your own taste for example a boil
egg contain 78 calories and a banana contain 77 to 135 calories so you can make
your own diet plan according to your need and your taste.
Second focus on quality not quantity if you are eating burgers chips all day it in
not good for your body. Healthy meal contain whole grain, whole wheat, meat,
vegetables fruits and dry fruits. Never skip your meal eat take small meals four to
five times a day. If it’s hard to eat five times than drink instead of soft drinks or
soda you can take smoothies and milk shakes.
After proper diet exercise is also an essential part in gaining muscles once you
start taking proper diet and start gaining weight you don’t know where it goes it
would go to your arm or your neck or you belly. To gain healthy muscle you have
to choose a training style. There are plenty to choose but from the ones that
focus on growing muscle size is body building, power lifting, cross fit, calisthenics.
Make a routine for your work out. you can do combine exercises but it would be
better if you fix a day for chest, one day for arms, one day for legs, one day for
back and a day also for rest. This routine would be best because your muscles
need time and rest to grow. Along with the exercise rest and proper sleep is
necessary.
Finally after following all these steps you will be start gaining muscles. All it takes
a little time and efforts. Just like weight loss or weight gain gaining muscles is a
process. Weight gain is easy you just need to eat anything or everything. Gaining
muscles is harder and it takes time.
