journal, a thesis, or a 12-15 page paper you have written in APA format on the HRD topic of
your research interest)

'O Three (3) rating form s (You must use the University s official form)

'O GRE scores (Ph.D. applicants need a minimum score of 1,000 combined on verbal and
quantitative with the verbal portion being no less than 500)

considered until we have received all materials and file is complete. Departmental admission deadlines are February 1, June 1, and
