Swing Frame
SMCS - 4151-010

Remove & Install Swing Frame

Start By:

a. remove boom

1. Remove bolts (1).

2. Disconnect two electrical connections (2) (not shown).

3. Remove back-up alarm (3).

4. Disconnect hose assemblies (4) (previously disconnected). Cap or plug immediately.

5. Remove nut and bolts (5) that holds swing cylinder pins (6).

6. Remove swing cylinder pins (6).

7. Place a strap and hoist to support the swing frame.

8. Remove bolt (7) that holds pin (9) (not shown).

9. Remove pin (9).

10. Remove swing frame (8). The weight of the swing frame is 150 kg (300 lb).

NOTE: For installation of the swing frame, reverse the removal steps.
