This document expresses the concern of the community in general, in the changes
observed in the river flow, being the main actors of these natural changes, with the
use of water as irrigation for their palm crops, which every day breaks with all the
ecological processes that occurred in water at the bottom of its plantation, in
advance we want to reach a conservation agreement in protection of this water
source, where other economic activities such as fishing and tourism depend on,
from a sustainable and responsible way.
We expect a prompt response to our request, otherwise we will be obliged to
present the case before the competent authorities.

I chose this company because they have deviated the Tucuy River in order to
provide water for their company.
The deviations has affected the ecosystem that depends on the water of the river.
Likewise, the fishermen in the town and their families have suffered the impacts of
your actions since the fish production has decreased considerably.
I request them to make an agreement with the local people in which they work
together to find a solution for this problem.
