WALK IN INTERVIEW
Institute proposes to prepare a panel of qualified and experienced persons for engaging them as Office
Assistants (on contract) in various Departments/Sections etc. This engagement will be purely on contract/
temporary basis for a period of eleven months and will carry a consolidated remuneration
of .13, 750/- (Rupees Thirteen thousand seven hundred and fifty only) per month. Interested candidates
with the specified qualifications can apply by online mode using the link: Online Application. The
candidates are requested to fill in their personal, educational and experience details in the online portal
and submit their applications. The last date of submission of applications is on or before 14.9.2018, Friday
by 4:00 PM. Hardcopy of the application need not be sent to NITC by post. No hardcopy by post or in
person would be accepted.
Only the candidates who are eligible and have applied online (in the link provided) may report for
document verification with all the certificates and portfolios in original along with hardcopy of the online
application form with its enclosures (photocopy of certificates in proof of DoB, Education, Experience,
Category etc.) on 17th September 2018 between Monday between 9.30 AM and 4:00 PM in Chanakya Hall in NITC.
The candidates whose verification is complete and eligibility confirmed may appear for written test and
skill test as per the schedule. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing for the examination. Only
Degree/Diploma from Government/Government recognized Institutions will only be accepted. Due
consideration will be given to SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates as per GoI norms. SC/ST candidates should
bring a valid caste certificate from the competent authority. OBC candidates should bring non-creamy layer
certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Tahsildar taken after 1.4.2018. PH candidates should
produce the valid certificate of permanent disability from the competent authority at the time of verification
of certificates for obtaining the reservation. Candidates without original certificates will not be allowed
appear for the written test.

Qualification Any Degree/3 year Diploma in Commercial Practice

with proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet

& with a minimum typing speed of 20 w.p.m /

Age limit Not exceeding 27 years as on 01.09.2018

Experience Minimum one year preferable, Shorthand desirable

*Skill test will be conducted in the A/N session on 18.09.2018
