1- Context: low intermediate ELLs studying Comparative Adjectives and Superlative form “the best”.
The assignment will be developed in two parts. The first part is when students will work on developing
their storyboard (guided by example) and the second part is when students produce a video that follows
the planned storyboard from part 1. The expected outcomes are: students must demonstrate an
understanding of Comparative Adjectives structure and use as well as Superlative form “the best” by
creating original material.

2- Content expectations: students are supposed to use Comparative Adjectives structure to express their
opinions related to two different products of their choice as well as express which of those chosen
products is “the best”. It is also expected that students will follow the example provided by the teacher
but create original information that relates to their opinions.

3- Teacher should guide students step by step (using provided example and making sure each point is
adequately explained) and monitor the development of activity.
