    Chapters no 1;

    QUALITIES OF MANAGER/LEADER IN THE HOLY QURAN:

    Muslim manages the affairs of the world with justice. Manager are supposed to establish equality
    (one of the tools is Salah or through worship).They ensure equal and fair distribution of wealth.
    They have to focus on the establishment of justice. The next task is to invite people towards good
    and forbidding employees for earning through unlawful means. In case of good or bad it is
    advisable to consult officials.

    Chapter no 2;

    DEVELOPMENT OF PROPHET (PBUH) MANAGEMENT THOUGHTS :

    He learned many qualities in his desert life .He pastured and water sheep and goats around
    Makkah, to earn his livings. He participated actively in the event, where human being learns
    through involvement. He learned some aspects of leadership through experience. He learned the
    tactics of trade and He became famous for his honesty, trustworthy, intelligence and maturity.
    The Prophet (PBUH) learned the term of trade through dealing with the people of different
    temperaments, age and social status. The ancestral heritage made him rich in managerial
    capabilities.
