1. Toyota has built a huge manufacturing company that can produce millions
of cars each year for a wide variety of consumers. Why was it able to grow
so much bigger than any other automanufacturer?

From our point of view, Toyota has developed and reached success, because they
put lots of efforts to act according to preference of the consumers. Toyota tries to
satisfy needs of every consumer segment by producing a wide range of vehicles
from luxury and sport cars to buses and even trucks. They segment their vehicles
according to needs of their potential consumers. They create certain type of
vehicles for certain type of consumers.

2. Has Toyota done the right thing by manufacturing a car brand for
everyone? Why or why not?

We suppose that Toyota has done the right thing by manufacturing a car brand
for everyone. Toyota tries to analyze needs of every type of customers and create
cars to satisfy them. They divide their market segment. They do everything to
satisfy each customer. Even the price varies and depends on the target
customers.

To sum up, due to manufacturing a car brand for everyone,l company can widen
their customer segment, which can finally bring success for the company and
satisfies consumers.
