INVESTMENT CONTRACT

Terms and conditions:

1. All Profits are shared between the Investor and the Investment Collaborator after
deducting Expenses and Taxes.
2. The Investor shall be given first priority in the profit and will be getting 60% of the
Initial Equity while the other 40% shall go to the Investment Collaborator. This
arrangement will be in place until such time that the Investor is able to get back his
initial Capital Outlay. The payment must be made _________ [specify the period at

3. Thereafter, the Investor shall be given 20% of the Equity as a Return on his
Investment and 80% will go to the Investment Collaborator until his Initial Capital
Outlay is returned to him.
4. This agreement terminates after the Secondary Equity Split.
