UMTS Pre-Post Report Preparation.

After any activity, we must compare the average value of pre KPIs with the average
value of Post KPIs from counter data extracted from 2 OSS. Currently it’s taking lot
of time to combine and formulating the data. We need a simple solution to make
the Pre-Post KPI summary in agreed format
