Compare and Contrast Essay (Point By Point Similarities and Differences)

Yoga Vs Gym

The daily routine of people these days is full of stress and pressure as work
and workload are over taking their entire day. To release stress and make
themselves healthier, they try to make time for doing physical exercises.
Later on, yoga classes and gyms are filled with eager- to-be-healthy people.
Many people of 15 to 45 years in average are fond of doing yoga while young
and young adults spend their free time doing gym work out.

Though both forms of workouts foster the strength and healthiness of body,
the way they impact human’s body is moderately different. Gym workout
which contains rush and forceful actions builds our body into well fit shape.
On the other hand, yoga has a series of slow and steady movements,
focusing on core energy of the body, flexibility and mental power as well as
toning the body. Generally, people in need of well-built body structure do
gym workout while those who are seeking for inner peace follow yoga
practices.

The gym workout primarily requires a gym station where can provide the
trainee with necessary equipment while a yoga mat and clean, quiet spot is a
must for doing yoga. Despite the different workout environments both
practices need a set of extremely comfortable suit so move freely.

In spite of bearing many differences, both yoga and gym workout benefit the
well-being and fitness of the body.
