LMX software system and tested the model with sample of 398 employees.

approach, and this methodology is based on studying one of the
phenomena, no matter how they are categorized as they are on the ground,
and describing them in an accurate description without exaggeration or
underestimation by setting a definition for them and then mentioning their
causes, characteristics , results , and multiples in terms of quantity, and
amount of their impact on humans and others, and how they are related or
related to other phenomena , the exploratory analytical approach is one of
the most important and most common approaches to scientific research in
scientific research, and the main reason behind the widespread use of this
approach is because of the great flexibility that exists in it, and for its large
comprehensiveness . It led to the occurrence of the phenomenon and
contributes to discovering solutions to it. Through the descriptive analytical
method , the researcher analyzes the studied phenomenon, and after he
finishes studying this phenomenon, he makes comparisons between them
and other phenomena and then analyzes them.

Through the use of ( Data analysis) quantitative -Secondary research

through questionnaires (Data collection) that will be conducted with
employees and qualitative (Primary) use through interviews that will be
conducted with managers and as a more appropriate way to answer the
questions and hypotheses of this study.

As for the sample of workers, and given the difficulty of conducting a

survey study for all workers or employees, the researcher will rely on the
facilitated sample for 10% of the total number of workers for each
