to bring my interpersonal skills and time management ability to the team will be value-added to BDO.
During my time volunteering at Rainbow City Estate, I had the opportunity to further develop my interpersonal
skills by assisting community workers in addressing various challenges. One of the key responsibilities was
visiting empty nesters, where I actively engaged in patient and empathetic communication. I listened attentively to
their stories, offering my support and sharing my insights. As a result, I witnessed a positive transformation as five
elders gradually regained hope for the future. These experiences have equipped me with the ability to effectively
communicate and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, making me a valuable asset to the team at
BDO.
In addition to honing my interpersonal skills, I also enhanced my time management abilities through leadership
roles in various high school clubs. As the leader, I successfully coordinated football competitions, violin
performances, and other activities during the school's celebration week. Given the limited time available, I adopted
a proactive approach by waking up early to create detailed task lists and facilitating open communication between
students and teachers. Furthermore, during my lunch breaks, I efficiently managed multiple clubs, ensuring each
received the necessary attention. The culmination of these efforts resulted in flawless performances and garnered
recognition from both teachers and peers. My strong time management skills would undoubtedly contribute to the
success of BDO team.
As I have mentioned above, my skills and experiences would make me an ideal candidate for JR88, Co-op or
