my name is emon sharder, im from khulna ,i have complete my bachelor and masters

from khulna university major in human resource management .during this time i work on alot of project
and thesis work which helps me to create a strong communication skills .i have been learning human
resource management for last five years and im specialize in workforce related service such as
recruiting, onboarding ,training and development ,performance appraisal create compensation plan and
also how to retain employees .and that’s what im passionate about .

my streangths is adaptability,im a very hardworking and im punctual ability to communicate properly

and also im a quick learner,love to face challenges .

what im looking for is a company that I can add value to ,that I could produce a positive return on
investment for where I could joined a strong team.

My family consist of four memebers ,my mother ,two elder sister and I . my mother is a housewife
and among the two sister eldest one is housewife and another sister is abanker ,work in CIBC
bank ,Canada .
