Week 1

Prompt: Challenges of my week:

During the first week on virtual online pre-student teaching I struggled with

understanding the guidelines of the pre-student teacher expectations. I also struggled with how to

communicate questions I had and how I was to completed the required work. After having my

one-on-one meeting with my head teacher, a lot of my questions were answered. She broke down

how to take each day one at a day, which helped me to calm my questioning nervous. Amber

exampled to me how I am to join a weekly zoom meet with the children so I am able to better

understand how the children are learning and how the other teachers are incorporating

technology into their teaching. I am very excited to join the zoom meetings this week. I am also

very excited to find online source that will not only be helpful to parents but help to encourage

the students to learn while being at home.
