Anecdotal Note: Describe what you saw the child do and/or heard the child say.

M. was putting a puzzle together. Miles sat down next to her and said, “Here, right here,
wrong way,” pointing to where the puzzle piece in her hand goes. M. was crying. Miles picked up
the puzzle piece and said,” like that.” M. went to the art station. Miles followed and said, “look,
(pulled open the drawer), two glue for me.” Miles dropped the glue and said, “Hey.” Miles
walked over to the fish tank, said, “Need more fish in our fish tank.” Miles went back over to the
puzzles and put a piece in the puzzle and said, “Hey, owl on tree.” Then put zebra piece in puzzle.
Next Miles said, “I go play.”
