With Reference to your application followed by subsequent discussions, we are pleased to offer
you an appointment in our organization, as “BRAND AMBASSADOR”. You will be representing
our organization in your college campus, friend circle, social circle etc. You will be functioning
for advertising the initiatives taken by us in your campus, friend circle, social circle etc. as per
our requirements.

You will be provided with number of opportunities to exhibit your leadership and managerial
skills. As you would be well aware, Globalshala aims at connecting aspiring students to the
stellar universities around the world. We conduct a variety of events in pursuance of the same to
ensure better outreach.

Your role would have variety of benefits and responsibilities combined, you could find the same
herein under:

 Term: 365 days from the issuance of the Offer Letter

 Key Role: Reaching out to the target group of people as an ambassador

THE STIPEND STRUCTURE ALONG WITH THE INCENTIVES WOULD BE AS FOLLOWS:

Important: One point per participation will be awarded to the Ambassador. The participation
points will be added to the Brand Ambassador’s account on the basis of ‘reference’ which would
be asked to every participant. The participants will have to fill in the name of their Brand
Ambassador in the reference category. Only successful participation will count as one point. If a
Brand ambassador is not able to provide consistent results for all competitions but has
outperformed in bringing participation for most of the competitions, the points of participation
more than 200 throughout the year will qualify for incentives under Stage III.
