We are delighted to offer you the position of Web Consultant

with our company Bariza Software Solutions LLP.

We are confident that you will find this new opportunity both challenging and rewarding. The following points
outline the terms and conditions we are proposing:

1. Annual CTC will be Rs. 2, 16,000.(In hand)

2. Joining date: 21st Aug 2019 (Please confirm)
3. Shift timings: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Flexible but you need to complete your daily office hours)
4. Process: Web Consultancy

A. Documents you need to submit after joining the company : Last Educational Certificate /Mark sheet
(College/University), all relevant experience letters, last company’s release letter, proof of last drawn salary
(last 3 month’s pay sleep), 2 passport size photos.

B. You are required to submit all the mandatory documents asked by the company within 3 working days of
joining, failing which the company reserves the right to cancel this offer letter and your service in the company.

C. Absence for a continuous period of 3 days without any prior notice including un-authorized absent and any
misconduct would imply voluntary termination from employment and make you lose your lien on the service
and the same shall automatically come to an end without any notice or intimation.
