Bar end machining units are used to finish the tail
and leading ends of straight solid bars and tubes.
They can be operated as individual machines with

Storage and from there to the receiving cradle.

Functions and features


Modern PLC controls made by Siemens are our
standard for both individually operated machines and
integrated processing lines.
The modular design allows the use of internally tested
hard- and software modules for all standard and
custom designed layouts. An upgrade or modification is
possible at any time. This offers great flexibility and
individual solutions.
The terminals are equipped with fault diagnoses
systems. In the event of a disruption the fault message
indicates the cause as well as the related component.
Rapid fault elimination and improved machine;
Available are the results of these features.
The devices are generally designed for the connection
with superior software systems. Different interfaces
are available depending on the customer’s specification.

Options
Each machine is optional equipped with a modem to enable
remote maintenance using standard phone lines. This
further improves the machine control and reduces
down times significantly.
