QUESTIONS PRESENTED

I) Whether Ritania has complied with the terms of International law and Malachi Gap treaty

for the construction of Excelsior Island and accordingly, compensate Amalea for the

economic losses that have been caused.

II) Whether Amalea has ownership over the Wreck of Cargast and other artifacts, also, if

deployment of patrolling vessels by Ritania violated International Law.

III) Whether the hot pursuit of Oscar de Luz and his arrest by Amalean Navy in accordance

with International Law.

IV) Whether Amalea has jurisdiction over Luz for the Rosehill incident and therefore, not

obliged to return him to Ritania.
