minerals derived from extracted ones, as well as all lumber, wood, and pulp products.
9. Student refers to any person at least 15 years of age but not more than 25 years old who is
either enrolled in any institution for secondary, tertiary, vocational or technological institutions
or intending to be enrolled in any of these schools.
10. Worker refers to a person who performs manual labor involving skilled or unskilled work, and is
paid wages by the employer is consideration for the services rendered.
11. Working student refers to a student enrolled in an educational institution while also engaged in
employment.
