How healthy is your food?

A. Fish is good for you .It is a good idea to eat fish about twice a week.
Some kinds of fish have oil in them, and they are the healthiest. Fresh
fish is delicious. You can buy fish in cans too.
Fish is also a good protein. It is considered really healthy. Its white
meat doesn’t produce damage in our bodies.
Fish helps our heart to function in a good way. It contains Omega 3,
which has been tested for hearth and cardiovascular health .May
reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.

B. It is important to eat a lot of different vegetables. There are a lot of


vitamins in vegetables. You can buy vegetables in cans, but fresh
vegetables are the best. You can cook them, but don’t cook them for
too long.
The vegetables are the ones that help our bodies to function in a
regular way because they are fibers. They regularize our stomachs.
Vegetarian people say that eating only vegetables we can avoid lot of
diseases and we can keep us young for a long time.
Vegetables like lettuce, broccoli, potatoes, onions, carrots, avocado,
and others are really important for our health.

C. There is a lot of vitamin C in tomatoes, and there is a little sugar


too . Tomatoes give you energy, and scientists think that tomatoes are
good for your skin: People first grew tomatoes in South America, but
now you can find them all over the world.
Tomatoes are used in different kind of food; young people love to eat
them, because they can consume it in pizzas, sandwiches, etc.
Investigations say that eating tomatoes each day can reduce the risk of
some kinds of cancer. Fruits also contain lot of vitamin C, which
prevents colds.
Fruits also help our immunologic system to avoid diseases

D. Cows produce milk and we can use their milk to make cheese.
Cheese is good for your bones and teeth. People make cheese all over
the world, but the US produces more cheese than any other country.
Cheese contains calcium and is an alternative for people that don’t like
to consume milk directly.
Another healthy alternative that we can consume is the yogurt that also
contains proteins. Lately we can buy yogurt with fruits that increases
the nutritive value..
Butter is another product that comes from the milk.
Milk is considered a basic food for the human life
