which has been tested for hearth and cardiovascular health .May
reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.

Cheese is good for your bones and teeth. People make cheese all over
the world, but the US produces more cheese than any other country.
Cheese contains calcium and is an alternative for people that don’t like
to consume milk directly.
Another healthy alternative that we can consume is the yogurt that also
contains proteins. Lately we can buy yogurt with fruits that increases
the nutritive value..
Butter is another product that comes from the milk.
