Summary of videos received on 21st April

1. We first received a video on Rich v/s Poor Mindset from the “Motiversity” Youtube Channel. In this
video, the author of the book “Rich dad Poor Dad”, Robert Kiyosaki says that there is a massive gap
between the 1% and 99% and it’s all because of mindset. Children are taught in school to get a good job
but never taught how to get rich. He says being an entrepreneur is a mindset first then a skill set and
rules. He emphasizes that to become a real entrepreneur one needs to set their mindset in such a way
that even if they fall down, they always stand back up and go higher. That no matter what happens to
them they got stronger and better and smarter and happier. But a person with a weak internal mindset
is that they are afraid of what will happen if something goes wrong, can never be that 1%. The
entrepreneur’s first job is control inside of him not the outside and it’s all about inside control and being
strong mentally.

2. The "Magic of Three" is a literary device, a literary technique, which is used by leaders, by politicians,
by writers, by speakers, by orators to make the language come alive, to give it more rhythm, to give it
more power, to give it more detail. When you give three examples, it sounds like one has a lot of ideas,
but you're just restricting it for the purpose. So, not only do you need to give three examples, but you
need to give three examples in the same form of speech and parallelism.

3. Napoleon Hill's THINK and GROW: This video summarizes one of the greatest self-help books of all
time Think and Grow by Napoleon Hill. This book speaks out a clear idea of accomplishing any goal that
you desire. The author is said that in order to accomplish our greatest goals we must enroll and harness
the power of our subconscious minds. And just trying to use the conscious mind to accomplish our goals
is not enough. He also mentioned the keys to harness the power of the subconscious mind which are:

1. Use the power of autosuggestion.

2. Use the power of emotions.

3. Visualization.

4. Persistence and repetition.
