the third in our monthly series of supplements to the RPGA's newest
scenarios. Senator Lavina Wren's sweeping new trade proposal is causing a
stir in the Cularin system, amid concerns about her past, her power, and
her personal life. This intriguing news brief, which ties in with Oblivion's

for three years. Her administration has been responsible for policies like our current treaty with the

analyst Sersae Jenreal will be running an exposÄ on the lady later this year. Is she actually a
