Sharing my experience of taking Ashtanga yoga classes from *Mr Ashish Jaggi*

who wants to lose weight, restore positive energy or beat the stress in today's hectic lifestyle. In
my personal opinion we all need to invest at least one hour a day towards
our own well- being.
