ABSTRACT

Speech Fluency is a skill that is often use by the

people in either their daily lives or in a professional

setting. To understand the relationship of the Criminology

Students in the Davao Central College and their perception

if their level of skill in terms of Speech Fluency may use

as an Empowerment Tool in their study and future professions

a research was conducted.

This research is based on the Theory of Second Language

Acquisition by Stephen Krashen and the Social Development

Theory by Leo Vygotsky. A survey was conducted and later it

was found out that it the two variables did not correlate.
