This position provides opportunity to work with one of leading financial solution provider in Canada as
well state of the art Fiserv-DNA core banking systems. Being a fintech professional, I am fascinated by
the latest trends in core banking conversions, digital banking ad payments and Celero, with over 110

goal is to become one of leading technical solution specialist on your staff, recognized as core banking

Why do you feel you are a good fit for the role? What do you feel you would bring to the role?

It is described in the position description that Celero is looking for a technical analyst with QA and
testing experience for financial systems. I believe my experience as a testing analyst for over 5 years on
core banking enterprise solutions make me great fit for this position. I was also involved core banking
release management which is essential part of product management. With an additional hands on
experience in application development, conducting UATs and functional knowledge, I would love to bring
my diverse expertise to deliver high quality solutions in this position.

How do you feel your education & experience has prepared you for this role?*

My academic prepared me well to cater real life situations and jobs. In addition to technical subjects
related to programming and databases, I exhibited interpersonal skills, proactive creativity and
innovation in my final year project. During my stay at Allied bank, besides technical tasks, I learned to
communicate with several internal and external clients and engage them to resolve the product issues by
using agile practices. Moreover, I worked in a face-paced service station where I was responsible to
communicate with over 500 customers per day which really enhance my customer service.

If you are selected for this position, describe what you would do during the first 90 days*

I would divide my first 90 days period into three phases. In first phase, I would like to get to know more
about application development team, Celero’s clients i.e. credit unions and financial institutions (FI) and
review Celero processes for core banking integration with other systems. In second phase, by using the
initial technical and functional knowledge, I would love to complete some pending task such as perform
QA and UATs related to a bug fix in DNA core banking integration with external systems and deploy the
hotifix. At the end of 90 days, I would like to be fully integrated in my role and company. This includes
management of test environments, release management and client interaction.

How will you measure your success in this role?

I define success in different ways. At work, nothing can give me more pleasure than to timely meet the
goals set by company management and fellow workers in order to provide excellent service to the
clients. It is my understanding that a successful and timely delivery of project is not a task done by
individual but a collective effort of teammates. To sum up, if I can leave work in each evening satisfied
that I have learned something new and useful, this counts success to me.
