Position Summary:
The Digit Executive Trainee Program aims to build and nurture leadership talent for positions across
divisions through the organization’s accelerated learning program.

• Learn all operations, management viewpoints, company policies, and practices that affect each phase
of business and collaborate with other teams to meet the company objectives.

Job Opportunities:
We are looking to hire in the following departments (You can share your area of interest and profile
preference, however, the final role will be allocated after the assessment of your skills):

• Business Process: You will be working as a business analyst and will help in identifying opportunities
in alignment with the technology team. The role offers the opportunity to plan, develop and manage
the execution of solutions while acting as a liaison between the technology and other business
stakeholders while working on defining the customer journey and understanding the business priority.
Job Location: Bangalore/Pune

• Process Transformation: We would be willing to hire somebody who can work on process analysis,
identifying procedural and control deficiencies, and recommending and implementing solutions. You
will be working on complex problems and will assist in process design that may require introducing
new technologies, resources, and substantial changes to our existing structure.
Mandatory education qualification: BE/B.Tech
Key Skills: Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web
technologies.
Job Location: Bangalore

• Health: You will be working with a team that handles everything starting from underwriting to claim
settlement for our Health Product and will be the point of contact for the health claims application
development to the tech team and external vendors. You will be responsible for testing and providing
clearances for the release of developments to production along with identifying potential automation
areas. The role will include tracking the efficiency of the developments and publishing daily reports to the
senior management.

• Analytics and Data Science: You will be working on discovering the information hidden in vast
amounts of data for making smarter decisions to deliver even better products. The primary focus will
be on applying data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building high-quality prediction
systems integrated with our products using artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques.
Preferred education qualification: Bachelor’s in mathematics, statistics, or computer science
Key Skills: Understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes,
SVM, Decision Forests, etc. Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Weka, NumPy,
MatLab, etc. Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, Hive, Pig, etc.

• Reinsurance and Commercial Lines: You will be working on commercial products underwriting
including devising terms and conditions, pricing, and other safeguards for proposals. The role will
require you to work with partners and our internal sales team to understand requirements and
proposals respectively. You will gain exposure to the product development process and be working
closely with IT in configuring the system, monitoring criteria through data analysis, and initiating
change basis reporting guidelines. As a part of the team, you will track portfolios periodically for
performance, claims analysis, and report generation.

• Non-Motor Claims: You will be managing the end-to-end non-motor claims process including
maintaining TAT and deputing of surveyors or investigators. You will be responsible for handling the
entire customer claims journey, conducting virtual surveys, and preparing MIS reports for stakeholders
within the timeline.

• Customer Happiness: We have an opportunity in our contact center team for analytics and business
process reengineering where you will be working on managing day-to-day operations including
compiling reports, identifying training needs, driving OKRs, simplifying inbound/outbound processes,
auditing calls to identify grievances and acting as a liaison between the management and the team.

• Onboarding Operations: You will be leading the transactional process of our operations team. The role
would offer the opportunity to drive the adoption of OKRs, work on processes w.r.t. error free policy
issuance, endorsement, cancellation, refund, or other service requests, initiate knowledge
dissemination and updating regarding product/process/industry, prepare reports, maintain TAT as per
agreed SLA of the respective LOB, demonstrate command on working with multiple in-house systems
and collaborate with internal stakeholders or partners to execute inflow requests.

• Strategic Partnership/ Marketing (Sales): The function is sales driven and focuses on building
relationships with partners where you will be responsible for driving business initiatives, handling quote
requests, and achieving targets by serving the partner as a key relationship manager. You will also be
expected to work on co-developing products for partners, analyzing and preparing regular reports,
coordinating client connects, leading process and tech integrations needed for the partner to succeed,
and managing the month-end closing process.

• Brand Marketing: Our Brand Marketing team manages the content & UI of the website, the social
media channels, the CRM (email, WhatsApp, SMS) journeys, media relations (PR), design & of course
ad campaigns, PRM (Partner Relationship Management), supporting simplification of benefits of
products, documents therein & launch of products and much more. As a Trainee, you will gain exposure
to any of or all the above sub-verticals within the brand team where a few of the common tasks will
include working on research projects, briefing, and creative development with the agency or internal
design team, and executing marketing campaigns. If you’ve used any data management, or CRM team
tool, it will help!

• Direct Marketing: As a Direct Marketing Trainee, you will be part of the Growth team where you will
be owning the entire conversion funnel for products like motor, health, etc. on the Website/App or
Performance Marketing team where you will be working on media planning including digital media &
offline innovations, SEO planning & execution and affiliate marketing.
Key Skills: You should love data, have strong mathematical skills, and knowledge of data visualization
software like Qlik, Power BI would be preferred

• Human Resources: We are looking into everything starting from recruitment, employee engagement,
performance management, onboarding, learning and development, and other related functions. As a
part of the team, you will gain exposure to any or a few of the above.

• Project Management Office: You will be working with the members of our leadership team on project
execution and development including tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines
throughout the project process, project prioritization, process improvement, performance analysis of
departments, and maintaining a day-to-day agenda.
