OIL FILLING SYSTEM

AUTOMATIC OIL FILLING SYSTEM (OPTIONS)

1- Oil pump
2- Oil tank
3- Control button
4- Oil level sensor

If the oil level of the oil pan is decreased under the min level, this system is
automatically filled the engine oil in the oil pan until ideal oil level.

NOTE: To operate of the automatic oil filling system, the ignition key should be
switched off approximate 3 – 4 hours.

Δ CAUTION
Even if, the automatic oil filling
system is mounted the vehicle,
always check the engine oil level with
dipstick at daily maintenance.

IMPORTANT: Always ensure that the oil tank sufficiently fill with the oil by checking
its level. If the oil amount is decrease under the min level, add the oil. For oil type,
see the recommended oil table at this book.

Need information to operate of this system and points, which need caution, is
described at the follow.
OIL FILLING SYSTEM

Signals

 When the ignition key is switched on, the lamp on the instrument panel lights a
few second. It means that warning system correctly operates.
 If the lamp flashes, the oil tank is already empty. It must be filled at once.
 If the lamp lights continuous, reason of the this;
1. Tank is completely empty and it should be filled immediately.
2. System is failure.
3. If the ambient temperature is decrease at below -25C, this system is not
operates so it must be checked the oil level with dipstick.

After the ignition key is switched on or oil is filled to the oil tank, the lamp can give a
signal. You can stop a signal by pressing the button. When the lamp show clearly a
failure, always check the oil level with the dipstick. If necessary, go the authorized
service.

Test and manual filling

Switch on the ignition key and press the test button at least 5 second. System will
now operated a full filling period, add the oil (0,5 lt) in the engine oil pan. If the
ignition key switched off during filling period, the system stops, then when the
ignition key switched on again, it will be operated.

Δ CAUTION
If not necessary, certainly not used
this button to fill manually. Otherwise
the oil pan will be filled extra oil. This
process can be caution at various
engine failures.

Checking

If press the system button three times at 5 second, the lamp gives a signal to show
clearly the oil level of the oil pan.

Proper oil level; The lamp lights three times at every 2.5 second. (Slowly light)
Very low oil level; The lamp lights three times at every one second. (Quickly light)

Δ CAUTION
Don’t change certainly the position of
the level sensor any way.
