User's Instruction – TWIN-3 System

Automatic Twin-3 Lubrication System with Twin-3 display


The system consists of: Testing the Twin system:
A lubrication pump with integrated control unit.
Performing a single lubrication cycle:
Distribution blocks with metering units.
A display that indicates failures, low level or Switch ignition ON.

Real Time Clock (RTC) battery low (<2.2V) at control unit. Battery is soldered to control unit, therefore would be impossible to replace.

17. + = RTC faulty errors to be stored with inaccurate times & dates, caused by;
a.) Real Time Clock (RT) battery empty. a.) Replace control unit.
Control unit encountered an unknown error, caused by;
18. + = Unknown cause a.) Display connected to a Twin-2 pump unit. a.) Control unit does not provide such additional info as Twin-3 pump units.
b.) An error cause that is not listed. b.) Replace pump or control unit in attempt for clearing the error code.
