 This village has about 450 families belonging to several
different castes
 80 upper caste families in majority and have houses made up
of brick with cemented plastering
 The SCs (Dalits) comprises one third of the population and
lives in one corner of thr village in houses made up of mud
and straw
 It has two primary schools, one high school, primary health
centres run by the government and one private dispensary
wher the sick are treated
 It has well-developed systems of road, transport, irrigation,
electricity, schools and health care centre
