Migrant Caravan might be really of radars for some, but for us who live here turns it
into something from great importance and that will make an impact in different social
factors. Not just people that joined the caravan are going to be affected, there had
been various people trying to help in different countries the caravan had passed. They
are trying to help but still for their countries and economy are an impact as well
because of the amount of food, medical help, and clothes and so they are giving.

As well the caravan is not just made up of Honduran people, but as well some citizens
from El Salvador and Guatemala. These countries are suffering not just social issues
but economic issues as well. Putting a main focus in what is the effect this situation will
have in Honduran economy, we find how huge impact in the economy it will have. If
the country was in different position talking in monetary terms economy will not be
that much damaged, but knowing fro fact Honduras is a developing country and not
having the enough resources its for sure a damage for economy. Its and estimated of
7,000 participants in the caravan, including women, kids, and men. They left with one
main goal, “a better life,” what they don’t know is that USA will not accepts illegal
people entering their country unless they are reaching the country because of violence
in their natal country. The amount of food they will need for this long trip is over their
status. They left without being well prepared, no enough water, food, clothes, shoes,
etc. If it wasn’t for the people making donations, cooking, providing clothes and more,
this caravan wouldn’t had survived this past days. The point is that this people left the
because of the low resources they had in there origin countries, so by connecting dots,
their plan was going to fail, not to be pessimist, but it was going to, so for fact when
they get back to the country they will be loaded with debts, no money, starving kids,
sick people and more. Therefore economy will have an alteration because now it
would be duplicated or even more the amount of money that is needed for basic
necessities because of this people coming back for basically a suicidal mission.

In conclusion migrants didn’t think if through with much patience to understand that
the country may be devastated because of one act they thought would be a new
opportunity for them. I’m not saying their cause is at all wrong, of course the country
actual status is not the best one, but they are ways to improve and rise from there
ashes. Now it’s a matter of attitude to welcome back our compatriots and start from
where we are. The government needs to open their mind to see what we are going
through, what their own citizens are passing through. Leaving the country in first place
should be an alarm for them, and even for every other citizen living in glory right now
while others are suffering the worst nightmares.
