Avoid high sugar sweeten foods


(cereals, pastries)
Encourage variety
Include whole grains, fiber,
protein, fruits, and dairy
Eggs, yogurt, toast, bagel, milk,
strawberries, orange, bananas
Important* : Do not serve
breakfast if given at school.

*Do not skip breakfast because it fuels


you up for the day!
