RECIPE

Oyakodon  Ingredients 
● 200g Chicken (breast or thigh) 
● Rice 
● Egg 
● Onion, green onion 
● Soy sauce (teriyaki sauce), salt, pepper 

Preparation 
1. Prepare the chicken. ​In water put the 
chicken and boil for around 6 minutes 
until fully cooked. 
2. Prepare everything else. ​Slice the onions 
and the green onions and mix the egg in a 
bowl. Cut the chicken into cubes or 
strips. 
3. Cover pan with a bit of oil and cook the 
onion until slightly brown.  
4. Put 2 tbs of soy sauce, mix in with the 
onion, then continue cooking with 
  chicken and green onions. 
5. Pour half up of water. ​When the water 
Ready in: ​25 minutes  boils pour the mixed egg. 
Serves: ​2 people  6. Place everything in a bowl with rice! 
Total Cost: ​4 Dollars (or possibly less)

  To remove the scent from chicken, put it in 
    milk or oil prior to cooking it! Also after 
pouring the egg make sure not to fully cook 
it. It should still be watery.
