1. In 2015 the production output of a company "OOO" was 2% higher than in 2014. In 2016 the production output was 105% compared to 2014.
In 2017 the production output was 1.2 times as high as in 2014. In 2018 the company manufactured products worth $25th. This sum is on 10%
higher than the production output in 2017. In 2019 the production output was worth $26.9th., but in 2020 the production output was worth $24.6
th. Define all the missing indicators dynamic series levels and indicators characterizing this dynamic of series: the average annual rate of change in
output for the entire period under study.

The annual rate of change in output is 4.71%

This shows that output grew (increased) by an average of 4.71% from 2014 to 2020 as shown in the figures ($18,940 to $24,600)

2.. For two years, employees’ salary at a company increased on 25.7%. The increase rate of salary in 2019 was 12%. Define the increase rate of
salary in 2020 compared to 2019.

• We will begin by assuming that in 2014, total percentage of employees was 100%.
• Therefore, in 2014 the company had 100*13 = 1300 employees.
• Given that number of employees increased by 15% from 2014 - 2019, # of employees = 115*13 = 1,495.

4. What average annual increase rate should be so that the production output increased from 28 to 39 UAH mil., for the next 2 years.

SOLUTION:

In order to increase production output from 28mil UAH to 39mil UAH, average annual increase will be;

(NEW-OLD)/OLD = (39-28)/28

11/28 = 1.3929

√1.3929 = 1.18

Conclusion:

In order to increase production output from 28mil UAH to 39mil UAH, output must increase by 18 percent.
