 Enlist the problem as being faced by Qadri Group of companies?
ANSWER:
 The problem being faced by qadri group of companies are that they have low return on
invesment. Also have problem arise that the groups decision of not allowing female
members of family to enter in business matters had created many problems; the
talented and educated daughters and daughters-in-law from the third- and fourth-
generations showed interest to work in qadri group of companies secondly asim
qadri’s two daughters and rizwan qadri talented daughter were not allowed to enter in
the business thirdly wife of deceased kashif qadri cousin from the third-generation was
also not given employment in qadri group of companies. Due to a family of 80
members, the achievement of consensus on various issues more and more difficult,
differences in the individual education levels in the fourth-generation was testing the
limits of existing policies of hiring, promotion, and compensation of family members. ,
as of 2011, all male members from the fourth-generation were hired at the same
salaries and designations, regardless of their educational and professional
qualifications. Family business model can be easily replicated even with the number of
patents and copyrights the company possess. the Group needed to create a
mechanism to deal with anticipated involvement of out-of-family. outside-the-family
marriages were bringing more ideological diversity into the family’s value system and
posing potential challenges to the existing family philosophy, Compensating all fourth-
generation male members equally will not work in the long run.

QUESTION.NO.2:
Do you agree or disagree with the following statement; 'Formalising a
family constitution will resolve the aforementioned problems of QG companies'.
Why?
ANSWER:
 Formalising a family constitution will resolve the aforementioned problems of qadri
group of companies, because the increasing complexity in the family as the group
ventured out to benefit from the emerging business landscape to manage it a family
constitution was must. But in my point of view the maternal grand father and their
beliefs would be a difficulty in providing jobs for the women. the women empowerment
wil not come because of their Islamic belief. they want their further generation sons to
continue the business that is wrong because women have equal right is society no one
is above the other so they should make constitution and procedure to recruitment for
women as well.
