Overall, it is clear that dinner contains the greatest amount of sodium and fat of the day, while sugar is
mainly consumed during snack times.

In terms of the highest use, dinner make up the biggest percentage of sodium and fat of the day, while
the figure for sugar is noticeably around one fourth of the whole. Snack food, however, contain the
highest amount of sugar of the day while only account for only 14% and 21% of sodium and fat
respectively.
The two most important meals of the day, breakfast and lunch, provide an average person with the
smallest percentage of these unhealthy nutrients. While a breakfast contains only around 15% of
sodium, fat and sugar, the consumption of these fluctuate from a fifth to almost three tenth of the total
during lunch times.
