Examining the balance between administrators and
pastoral/evangelistic workers might help us to see
greater growth in the numbers of accessions
Just as a body, though one, has many
parts, but all its many parts form one
body, so it is with Christ. For we were
all baptized by one Spirit so as to form
one body—whether Jews or Gentiles,
slave or free—and were all made to
drink of one Spirit. Even so, the body
does not consist of one part but of many.

Even in our statistics, we see that unity in

diversity is one of our great strengths

There are different resources available in
different parts of the world Church.

And the resources are used in different ways

in different parts of the world.

Some parts of the world contribute to the work

in other parts.

Yet all work towards the same end.

 CONCLUSION

And so mutual respect and esteem are called

for — as well as mutual support.

For although “there are many parts,

there is but one body” (1 Cor. 12:20)
