A Note from the teacher

IT IS THE LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL!

Below is some end of the year information that may be important.
 Classroom Meeting- We will continue to do our Classroom Meeting at 11am,
Monday- Thursday for our last week of school.
 Weekly assignments- All of the assignments are to be fun and engaging. Really just
themed around the end of the year.
 Virtual Field Day- Wednesday will be the official day that we roll out our Virtual Field
Day Agenda!
 Supply Pick-Up- If you would like to come pick up your child’s supplies/materials, the
building has set designated times for families. Also, if you would rather just donate or
leave the materials, please let me know so that I can arrange for those belongings
as well. Please read below for more specifics on this.
 Yearbooks- If you ordered a yearbook, it will be placed with your students
belongings and given to you at pick-up.

Now, for the squishy stuff. I am very sad to see the school year end the way it is. It

breaks my heart that I will be going into the classroom that is a ghost town where my

students’ belongings and our learning is frozen in time. It is eerie and I have no

words. This year I have had the pleasure of working with every fourth-grader. I am

very grateful for this experience, as I love all of these amazing children. I have

memories and connections with each child that are irreplaceable. Please call on me for

anything. I am forever your teacher, advocate and cheerleader.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR MATERIAL PICK-UP
Pick-up/Drop-off will happen in the bus lane.

 No one may enter the building due to health and safety reasons.

9am- Noon Last Names: A- G Last Names: M- R

1pm- 4pm Last Names: H- L Last Names: S- Z

 Please post a sheet of paper on your front/passenger window indicating:

1. Student First & Last Name 2. Grade-Level 3. Teacher
To reduce proximity all belongings will be placed directly in your trunk by a Ross Staff Member.
o Pick up medications from at the back of the school (Adventure Club Door).

Drop-Off
 Chromebooks should NOT be returned during this time.
 Place items you are returning to Ross in your trunk for a staff member to retrieve.
- Library books, instruments and other classroom materials/books.
- Please separate and label the items to be returned.
