什么原因导致邮箱被封

1.现在有些人用的是之前离职人的邮箱 然后离职人之前的邮箱被封过
解决办法：不发开发信，用来互动客户
2.每天发送邮件数量太多，（300-1000)封
解决办法：建议先少数量，每天 200-300 封，后面在慢慢增加数量。
3.发送邮件频率太高
解决办法：每半小时或者以上发送一次
4.每次发送太多
解决办法：每次发送 20 封左右
5.模板内容和主题不换或者换的少
经常更换邮件主题和内容。

为什么不同的邮箱采取同样的模式还是被封
主要是指邮件到达客户邮箱被客户投诉的次数，投诉的多了（就会被封）
有些即使发了 500 封没有封，而有些发了 100 封就封了，原因是这 100 封可能被客户投诉的多。

怎么解决这些被封邮箱
现在邮箱解禁这块，是与整个邮箱绑定在一起的，只要同域名下面有人发开发信基本上没有解禁的希望
除非使整个域名下面的所有邮箱在 15 天观察期内不发任何的开发信，就有解禁的可能。

针对退信这块的问题
退信的原因来源 2 个方面
1.邮箱地址不正确性
2.邮件内容被判断为垃圾邮件

3.第一次发的邮件最好不要有图片和附件。
4.主题和内容避开敏感词汇
5.避开邮件主题广告性，主题不要全部大写或是全部小写，最好是首字母大写，然后不要使用特殊符号
6.邮件内容的正规（避免花里胡哨）
7.信中最好不要有 URL。有链接的话，也是很容易被拦截，如果公司网站中有 HTTP 的需要去掉
8.不要用太奇怪的字体，最好用常规的字体，奇怪的字体系统会认为是广告邮件。

方法 1，客户网站上找素材还是那句话,看看他的网站上，有没有公司明显的标语，核心价值(core value)，总裁致辞等等。
方法 2，以客户利益为目标，越具体越好比如，客户行业对口（ Attn:GDP INC - Economy safety products getRevenue 20% up

拉近与客户关系的主题技巧
一，说明和客户有关系：
1. 注明时间 Jan.13.2013 在主题中，会认为是熟人发来的邮件
2. 注明对方的公司名称 To:FOB Group 说明这封邮件是单发给你的，不是群发
二，和产品的产品有关系，客户的主打产品+我的行业词， 拉近与客户的关系
举例：假如你是做食品添加剂的，你的主打产品是玉米淀粉。现在你找到一个目标客户：三元食品，做牛肉丸的。那组合词就是：牛
肉丸添加剂
三，表明自己是做什么及优势
