    Perused pursis below Exh. 33.

    The   applicant   stated   that   the   due   interim   maintenance


    amount is paid by the non­applicant. Therefore, the applicant do not
    want to proceed with this proceeding. Therefore, I am convinced that
    the whole amount of arrears of maintenance is paid by non­applicant.
    So it is lawful to dispose off the application.  Hence, the order.

    ORDER

    1] Criminal Misc. Application No. 570/2016 is
    disposed off in accordance with the pursis
    at Exh. 33.
