In the 90’s Jackson released his 8th & 9th studio album, The song Black or White on his album
Dangerous released in 1991 was a major hit.

By influencing his music towards young people
showing them that “anyone can follow their
dreams.” Michael was able to influence millions.
For much of his time as an artist, he was at the
top of the game. His influence can even be
compared to Michael Jordan. He is one of the
few artists that children of today still widely
know. This great success is a very large reason
why this topic is so well known. Michael in the
90’s was a world phenomenon, and an extremely
popular American singer. During this time, both
the Dangerous and Past Present and Future were
dropped (1991,1995).
Was Micahel Jackson the person he came off as?
The accusations of his pedofilic behavor were
never found guilty although he was also never
found clean. Evidence against him seemed very
persuading and his childhood upbringing played
a role. His father Joseph Jackson was accused by
Michael of being abusive which some of his
siblings had confirmed but others denied it. This
is one of the few negative things spoken of
Jackson, as there was even a documentary about
this issue called, “Leaving Neverland”.
Jackson’s dominance over the 80’s and 90’s can
still be seen today.
