Biography of MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON

Born on August 29, 1958 in Gary, Indiana (United States), Michael Joseph Jackson was the
seventh of Joseph and Katherine Jackson's nine sons. He began his career being only an 11
years old boy with his siblings in the Jackson Five, with whom he launched successful issues
like I Want You Back. However, at the age of five he had shown an incredible talent for the
song in a school Christmas function. The pressure of the sales, the fame, the disputes with his
brothers, companions of Travel in the Jackson Five, all formed an indissoluble part of a
childhood that culminated when at the age of twelve he was already considered a world star.

World fame came with his solo career, which began in 1979 with the album Off the Wall, which

being charged on two occasions of child abuse: the first, in 1993, for which he was not tried
because of lack of evidence; And the second, in 2005, by which he was tried and acquitted.
Since then his life has revolved around the controversy and in 2008 he definitely lost his ranch
in Neverland for not being able to face debts of more than 20 million euros.

In 1997, the singer remarried, this time with nurse Deborah Jeanne Rowe, with whom it had
its two eldest sons: Michael Joseph Jackson, and Paris Michael Katherine Jackson. They
divorced in 1999, and Rowe gave Jackson total custody of the children. His third son, Prince
Michael Jackson II, was born in 2002 without the artist revealing the identity of the child's
mother, although it came to be said that he had used a surrogate mother.

And after an exhaustive autopsy and something more than two months after his sudden death,
on September 3, 2009, the body of the King of Pop was buried at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in
Glendale, Los Angeles. To the burial, of an intimate character and guarded by strong security
