Sub: - JNTUH Exam Branch MBA/ M. Tech / M. Pharm. courses R15, R17 and MCA R15 Regulations
Uploading of Project thesis to JNTUH portal for anti-plagiarism checking –Intimation-Reg.
Ref: - R15 and R17 regulations of MBA / M. Tech. / M. Pharm., courses and R15 regulation of MCA
course.

All the Principals of the colleges offering PG courses are here by informed that the project works of
students who are in R15, R17-regulations, shall be checked for anti- plagiarism by the University. Hence it is
requested to upload soft copies of the project works students of M. Tech / M. Pharm. /MBA courses (R15,R17
regulations) and MCA (R15 regulation) in pdf formats to the JNTUH portal by using the
url: “registrations1.jntuh.ac.in/projectthesismarch2020”for anti-plagiarism checking. The user ID and
Password is same as that of PG Project Panels uploading service. The name of the document shall be the ‘student
hall ticket number-title of the thesis.pdf’.
This time grammar check is also introduced in addition to plagiarism check. Hence the principals are
informed to give necessary instructions to project supervisors to thoroughly check the student project work line by
line before uploading the project reports to university portal for grammar and plagiarism check.
The thesis will be accepted for submission, if the grammar check quality is more than 60% the
dissertation will be processed for next level i.e. Plagiarism check, if less than 60% the dissertation will be
rejected. In the plagiarism check the similarity index should be less than 30%. If the similarity index is more than
the required percentage, the student shall be advised to modify accordingly and re-submit the soft copy of the
thesis after one month. The maximum number of re-submissions of thesis after plagiarism check is limited to
TWO (total three attempts). After three unsuccessful attempts the candidate has to register for the Project work
and work for one more semester.
The detailed schedule from upload of dissertation for plagiarism check to conduct of project viva for the
third spell in the current Academic Year are given as below: (the first and second spells has already been
completed).

plagiarism check at University in the first submission itself. This is for your information and necessary
