Hello!

Here I share with you some errors that still exist in the module and should be fixed.

1) “Discus diameter” appears only if size 150mm is chosen. if size 175mm chosen, “Discus diameter”
is not shown. DONE
When I choose the size 175mm, it does not still show up in summary. Please, see the image below.

2) The passible values for “Discus diameter” are 150 mm and 175 mm. “Standard” as shown above is
not really informative.
Example:
Discus diameter: 150 mm DONE
DONE

3) There should be a space between colon (:) and the next character.
Example:
Paper: LEINEN DONE
DONE

4) When text is added “Text” field appears which is great. If the text is long and cannot be presented
completely, only some part of the texts should be presented followed by three dots.
Example:
Text: Hey Sara, it … DONE
DONE

5) The preview image shown in the shopping bag is NOT similar to the image that has been modified
and shown in Final Preview. So, the image in shopping bag should be exactly like what the customer
sees in Final preview. This is very crucial, so the customer will not be confused about the final
composition of the image that will be printed. - The current preview flow has been created with
minimum tech efforts, as we had to stick to estimated hours and budget. If you prefer to reflect
exactly the same preview as it is in Final preview, there will be additional 12 – 16 hours

A preview (even considering low design standards) should provide an overview of a final product, not
a preview of an input image. This preview is unfortunately not just unhelpful, but also misleading, as
the customer cannot be sure what the final print looks like. As a result, this point lays within the
agreed scope of the project and should be done without extra additional costs.

6) Tim showed me that the customer can edit a designed Moontara from shopping bag. I have not
been able to do so. When I click on the Edit button the “Upload Photo” page appears, rather that the
“Edit image” page. Could you please check it again if it functions properly? – It happens when you
reload the session with old image, that is why you cannot edit old image – in fact there is on image in
system.
a) I see. But how about when the website goes live? Will the system behave like it is behaving now? If
so, please modify it so that if an image is uploaded again it will be considered as a new image and the
Edit function works properly.
b) Checking the module again, there is still a bug there to be fixed. When I press the Edit to go back
to configurator, the initial position and size of the image is not kept, and a random portion of the
image is shown instead. See the image below. As Edit is a general function it should not change the
previously configured features (like image composition, selected paper etc.) unless the customer
changes a parameter and saves it.

7) In the CHECKOUT page, the only available Payment method is PayPal. As agreed, credit card
(MasterCard, VISA), Klarna, direct debit, and Apple Pay should be also added. – You need to create
accounts in all these systems and provide us with credentials. All Plugins are added.
I will check it, and update you. I hope it does not need some much time for issuing the credentials. It
would been great, if you had told me about it earlier.

8) “YOUR ORDER” page has some similar functions like the “CHECKOUT” page which are very unusual
for a professional website and they should be adjusted. No Edit function should be offered here. If
the customer wants to edit their Moontara they should go back to Shopping Bag. – could you please
clarify this point? We implemented exactly how it is on the created design, which was approved by
you.
I meant that the Edit function offered in “YOUR ORDER” should be deleted. The Edit option should be
only offered in the Shopping Bag page. Below, please see an image of this Edit button which should
be removed.

9) The counter in “YOUR ORDER” is not necessary and should be deleted as there is one counter
available in Shopping Bag page. – DONE

10) The delete option (the cross sign on the top left corner of each Moontara) should not be
available. If the customer wants to delete an item, it should be done in Shopping Bag. - DONE

11) Where does the customer enter their postal address?! This address is needed to ship the product
to them. - DONE
Please rename “Street address” to “Street + number”

12) When you are in the “CHECKOUT” there is no button available to take you back to “Shopping
bag”. A solution should be considered for the flow between Shopping bag and Checkout pages. This
solution should have a responsive design. As an example, please take a look at www.thomann.de –
we need to involve designer again for this flow. Design was approved by the customer. And we have
no page between Shopping Bag and Checkout Page initially. This all leads to additional hours and
therefore, budget
When you are on the Checkout page, you are stuck and there is no way to go back to the Shopping
Bag page (except by using the browser’s go-back button). As a simple fix, I would suggest showing the
shopping bag icon (shown also on the top right corner of the homepage) on the same place for the
Shopping Bag and Checkout Pages. Lack of this functionality is a design flaw. If you show me even
one single professional e-commerce website which does not provided a way to go from checkout to
shopping card and back, I will cover the additional hours for implementing this function.

13) When the Shopping page is open on a mobile device and I touch the screen up or down, the
homepage underneath that move up and down. This behaviour should be fixed. - DONE
The issue is still not resolved. I am testing that on an iPhone 11 Pro.

14) The preview option on the Shopping Bag is still incomplete. A preview should provide an
overview of the product that has been customized with some additional photos of the product. For
example, the customer chooses a desk mount or a wall mount, but no preview of that is available.
One suggestion for the preview page is as follows:
A concept like Gallery View from Apple website can be used. In this design, by clicking the front

image (or the link below that), the preview page opens. One image can be seen at each time and
there are left and right arrow keys to go to next image. The following images should be available in
the Gallery view: 1) image-side 2) letter-side 3) If desk mount chosen, 3 images from the desk mount,
and if wall mount is chosen, 3 images from the wall mount should be shown. For now, you can use
dummy images and we will later replace them with real images of the mounts. A dummy image can
be simply a text on white background like the imgae shown below with it file name. 3) a couple of
images of the gift box. If wall mount is chosen, gift box for this mount should be shown, and if desk
mount chosen, the gift box for this type of mount should be shown. For now again, you can use
dummy image and we will replace them with real images. – Out of the scope ,additional 3 – 4 hours
It is not out of the scope. Moontara is a customizable individual product. This uniqueness requires a
proper preview option, so the customer can overview their designed product. I have explained this
specialty of this product right from the beginning and emphasized the importance of a helpful
preview option to reduce dissatisfaction and return rate of items.
