Better integration with shop products

Before we’ll do the Google Shopping task we need to make a better integration with products
from the shop.
We need to distinct every platform and do one by one by this priority

- Squarespace
- Shopify
- WooCommerce

What we need to know about every product:

1. Name
2. ID
3. URL
4. Image URL
 5. Price
6. Short Description (if not available 200 characters from the description)
7. SKU

Squarespace - user have to do some manual confirmation in the

plugin settings page.
Here we have 2 ways of doing this:
1. Using Product API https://developers.squarespace.com/commerce-apis/retrieve-all-
products
a. Check if this method can return all required data.
2. Using Marketing -> Products on Instagram, we can use URL is designed for Instagram to
take in CSV the list of products with all details we may need, for example:

 Google Shopping
1. Analyze how we can implement Google shopping in Wiremo
2. Normally it’s a setting that user can enable and get the XML URL that can be used in
Google merchant account.
3. This option is available only for Pro plan.
4. Option “Google Shopping Product Reviews” should be added in the plugin
a. Shopify: Customize -> “Google Shopping Product Reviews” as On/Off (under:
Sync products statistics.) when it’s On an input with the URL appear under the
option, user can copy the URL using copy icon

b. EXAMPLE:
c. Squarespace: Add new TAB called: “Google Shopping Product Reviews”
i. Label “Google Shopping Product Reviews” On/Off
ii. Label “Squarespace Inventory API key” + input
iii. If the user enter working API key we generate the XML URL and there
should be a copy to clip board icon
iv. If the user enter wrong API key we show the Error “Please, use the
correct API key to generate Google Shopping Product Reviews XML.”
v. We need Save and Cancel buttons to Save the API key, or we can auto-
save the API key, decided which is more correct in your opinion.

New design for carousel

1. Imprelent new design as the first one in the carousel
2. New option to disable the Wiremo branding in carousel (the rest of design must be
centered when branding is disabled, name: “Show branding” use this as for stars)
3. New option to disable user icon in the new design carousel.
4. New option to add bold ON/OFF for the verified buyer.
5. User can edit text color for the rating (also stars) and number of reviews.

Import reviews CSV date format

Users should be able to import using different date formats.
 Improve auto-reply
When auto-reply is about to be published it must be visible under review
The reply must be shown as we do for “pending reviews” in the widget when you are logged in
as admin.

Example design:
The button “Cancel Now” must have a different color to be visible.

Why we want this?

Sometimes you want to give another reply to the customer’s review or you just don’t
want to make a reply.
