1. Introduction.

The following objective of the trial is to address the issue of the deontology, which is a type

of regulation based on a ethical and moral concepts that a profession gives itself and is usually

regulated in a code, we will also address the types and characteristics, knowing the importance of

the deontology study in the social and work environment.

To have a clear concept and difference from other theories deontology is compared with

profesional ethic and moral, having clear that the profesional ethics refers to the set of norms or

principles that must be followed in the workplace.

2. Development

2.1.1. Definition

Deontology can be considered as an ethical theory that deals regulating duties, turning

them in to moral norms and rules of conduct, leaving out of its scope specific. (deontologÍa

It is often associated with philosopher Emmanuel Kant believe that ethical actions follow

universal moral laws, such as:

Don’t lie, Don’t steal, Don’t cheat. (Ethics Defined: Deontology, 2018)

2.1.2. Types and Caracteristics.

Deontology medical: Medical conduct in relation with the society, and all the people

involved.

Deontology Union: Economic aspects, social, labor of the members of the medical profession.

Deontology University: Right and obligations of teachers and undergraduate students and

postgraduate, the rules to be followed.

Deontology Legal: Questions of professional morality that have correlation in the laws in

force in the country

Deontology Informative: set of rules minimal professionals that regulate the conscience

professional of the informant based in the veracity and profesional responsibility.

Deontology Accountant: Is a subject of natural theoretical practical that seeks develop the

capabilities of understanding of the nature of the deontology accountant. (Tipos de Deontologia |

2.2. Importance of Studing Deontology

Because you can’t live without of morality, that is, without of moral rule to which our

actions. It is the basis of our relationships with God and the way for where discurren our

relationships between men.

Deontology seeks a balance between a certain moral style and a high level of technical-

scientific professionalism this double dimension must be treated with harmony and balance for a

2.3. Difference amog Professional Ethics, Deontology and Morality.

Professional ethics: It consists of a set of norms, values and principles that govern the actions

and behavior of the workers of a given organization. It is mainly based on the universal values

that human beings possess (such as responsibility, honesty, respect, discretion, among others)

applied directly in the workplace. (Baron, s. F.)

Deontology: The first great philosopher to define the concept of deontology was Immanuel

Kant, the German founder of critical philosophy in the 18th century. (Deontological ethics |

Definition, Meaning, Examples, & Facts, s. F.).}, Which refers to “the science of obligations” Its

application in the profession, in general terms, refers to the fulfillment of duties and obligations,

we refer to the correct actions that are minimally required in the daily development.

Morality: Within the philosophical range, morality is closely linked to ethics, since these

customs depend on oneself. We understand morality as a universal capacity proper to all the

people we receive through education and are transmitted from generation to generation.

2.4. Axiology and its relation with Deontology

Deontology related to axiology is one of the two main branches of normative ethics. It deals,

then, with the space of man's freedom only subject to the responsibility that his conscience

imposes on him.

Then we can determine that the relationship between deontology and axiology is based on the

set of moral duties and obligations that professionals have, considering the values that they have,

3. Conclusion

Profesional ethics studies the norms collected by profesional deontology. The ethics suggest

what is desirable and condemns what should not be done, while that the deontology has the

administrative tools to guarantee the profesión is exercised of way ethics.

Deontology is the ethics applied to the profesions, that is, the discipline occupied of the ethics

professional.

Deontology its referer to duty that each professional has with himself and others persons.

Axiology is the science than study the values, to difference of the deontolgy than apply the

ethical and moral principles
