Reflection paper on ‘How I can improve creativity with reference to creativity


concept, motivation theories and past event faced in recent time’

Reporting- The link between motivation theories and creativity concept has focused heavily on
motivation. Creativity allows the decision maker to fully appraise and understand problems,
including seeing problems others can’t see .I am as a leader following creativity concept and
motivation theories.

Responding- Employee’s five needs like Psychology, Safety-security, Social belongingness,


Esteem, Self-actualization are cool elements for boost-up creativity. Two factors theory also a
theory that relates intrinsic factors to job satisfaction. At last year I got promotion with some
extra benefit which makes some extra motivational attachment to the company.

Relating- I always recognized by my Management for any achievement which make me more
creative. Before taking any decision in my dept. they prioritize me which make me more creative

Reasoning- There is no doubt that’s satisfied people are more productive than who is unsatisfied
.When I found myself free from hunger, thirst, other bodily needs and got affection, power,
blondness, acceptances, friendly ,respect, autonomous , dominant , recognition after that feel
myself more creative than earlier .

Reconstructing- Creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into
reality. Creativity is characterized by the ability to perceive the world in new ways, to find
hidden patterns, to make connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena, and to generate
solutions. Like that I always thought new and imagine new ways After experience from this
context now I plan to make a in-house case study group in my company where my all colleague
will share their pain, happiness, achievement, suggestion, various field experience they are
facing and will post on official online group where Management part will be also acknowledged
to make them more Creative and Motivated.
